Cool conditions and the chalky subsoil shape a clean, mineral-driven style. The bouquet offers pear, green apple, citrus and white blossom with a discreet hint of light spice. On the palate the wine is taut and linear yet juicy, with medium body and precise, refreshing acidity. A fine chalky texture runs through to the finish, where citrus notes keep the flavours bright and mouth-watering.
