Brown Brothers Shiraz Winemaker's 2019 0,75l

Brown Brothers’ Winemaker’s Series Shiraz is a single-vineyard wine from Heathcote, crafted in a powerful yet polished style. The bouquet is packed with dark fruits – blackberry and black cherry – supported by notes of black pepper, eucalyptus, graphite and subtle toasty oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and concentrated, with ripe, opulent fruit wrapped in long, fine tannins. Layers of chocolate, coffee and cedar reflect careful maturation in oak barrels. Acidity sits in the background, adding freshness and balance without dominating. The finish is long, spicy and slightly smoky. A bold, complex Shiraz that shines alongside grilled steaks, lamb cutlets or hearty slow-cooked dishes.

Twelve months of maturation in French and American oak gives the Shiraz spice, structure, and additional depth.
