Casal de Ventozela Arinto is a Vinho Verde from the Ave Valley that showcases the Arinto grape in a particularly zesty style. The nose offers lemon, lime and grapefruit along with green apple, white flowers and a hint of wet stone. On the palate it is slender, very lively and distinctly mineral, often with a faint spritz. High but well‑integrated acidity delivers a cool, mouth‑watering finish. It makes a bright, uncomplicated aperitif and pairs brilliantly with oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, sushi or crisp salads – a precise summer white with excellent drinkability. Served nicely chilled, it brings a vibrant, seaside character to the glass and is ideal for relaxed, informal occasions.

Four months on fine lees in stainless steel preserve freshness and clarity while giving the wine harmonious structure.
