| Chapoutier Ermitage rouge Le Pavillon Degustation Verticale – An experience for true connoisseurs | |
| The M. Chapoutier Ermitage Le Pavillon Degustation OWC12 is a wooden-case selection built around the legendary Le Pavillon from the granite slopes of Les Bessards. Depending on the release it may contain several bottles of one vintage or a small vertical, allowing tasters to follow the evolution of this great syrah over time. Typical for Le Pavillon are deep colour, aromas of blackberry, cassis and raspberry wrapped in tar, smoke, licorice and stony spice. On the palate the wines combine huge concentration with velvety tannins and vibrant freshness, delivering an exceptionally ageworthy Hermitage. This OWC12 is perfect for collectors, comparative tastings and as a showpiece to serve alongside refined beef, lamb and game dishes. | |
