Château Bonnet Entre deux Mers blanc 2025 0,75l

Château Bonnet in the Entre-deux-Mers is the historic home of the André Lurton family and a reference for crisp, aromatic white Bordeaux. The blend brings together Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle from cool hillside vineyards on clay-limestone soils. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks is followed by a short period on the lees to add texture. The bouquet offers lemon, grapefruit and green apple with gooseberry, white flowers and a touch of exotic fruit. On the palate Château Bonnet Entre-deux-Mers blanc is bright, zesty and refreshing, with lively acidity and a lightly mineral finish – perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish and light summer dishes.

In the cellar, cool fermentations, careful clarification and measured maturation keep fruit, texture and line in balance....
