Ch. de l'Aumérade Cuvée Marie Christine Côtes de Provence Rosé Cru Classé 2024 0,75l
Château de l’Aumérade Cuvée Marie Christine Côtes de Provence Rosé Cru Classé is an iconic rosé from the heart of Provence, its distinctive bottle inspired by an Art Deco glass vase. The blend is based on classic local grapes such as Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, harvested at night and gently pressed. In the glass the wine shows a very pale, powdery pink hue. The bouquet is fruity, fine and delicate, with peach, pink grapefruit and redcurrant notes, complemented by floral and herbal hints. On the palate it is juicy, subtly spicy and beautifully balanced, with fresh acidity and a long, graceful finish. Perfect as an aperitif and alongside salads, grilled fish, light pasta dishes and Mediterranean summer cuisine.
In the sunlit hills of Provence, Château de l'Aumérade stands as a Cru Classé in the Côtes de Provence AOP, shaped by sea breezes and the mistral. Across well-drained terraces of sandy gravel with limestone seams, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah ripen slowly, retaining lift and savoury tension even in warm years....

The grape variety: Grenache
Grenache, also called Garnacha or Garnatxa, produces warm, fruit-driven red wines with raspberry, strawberry, spice, soft tannins and Mediterranean character.
It pairs with lamb, grilled meats, tapas, vegetable stews, barbecue and herb-rich dishes, and is also central to many GSM blends.
