| Château La Tour Carnet Haut-Médoc – The Essence of True Craftsmanship | |
| Château La Tour Carnet is a 4th Growth estate in the Haut-Médoc, set on a plateau of Günz gravel over clay-limestone soils. Its extensive vineyards are planted at high density, mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Hand-picking, careful sorting and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats are followed by ageing in French oak barrels that refine both structure and bouquet. The nose reveals dark berries, black cherry and plum with notes of violet, cedar and discreet toast. On the palate La Tour Carnet is full-bodied yet vibrant, with concentrated fruit, ripe tannins and a clear, stony freshness. The long, savoury finish shows classic Haut-Médoc backbone wrapped in a surprisingly silky texture. | |

Château La Tour Carnet
Beyond its moat and medieval stonework, Château La Tour Carnet in the Médoc wears time lightly: since the 12th century a stern tower has watched over the gravel rises of Saint‑Laurent. Classified 4ème Grand Cru Classé in 1855, the estate has long balanced heritage with purposeful renovation....more from Château La Tour Carnet
