Discover the Character of Ch. Moulin Saint Georges Saint Emilion
Château Moulin Saint-Georges comes from a small vineyard at the entrance to Saint-Émilion and is cared for by the Vauthier family with meticulous attention to detail. Vines rooted in clay-limestone soils, planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, create a silky, deeply flavoured Bordeaux. The bouquet opens with dark cherry, forest fruits and violets, framed by cocoa, cedar and fine savoury spice. On the palate the wine is juicy, elegant and concentrated, with polished tannins, fresh acidity and a salty mineral finish. It is a refined companion to lamb, duck, truffle pasta or aged cheeses and promises rewarding development in the cellar.
