Clarendelle Bordeaux blanc 2024 0,75l

Pale gold in the glass with a faint green edge. Inspired by the fine white wines of Domaine Clarence Dillon, it aims for restraint rather than showy aromatics. Built on classic Bordeaux grapes, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, it combines lift with a subtle, silky frame. Aromas recall grapefruit, lime zest and ripe pear, layered with white blossom and a chalky wet‑stone note. On the palate it is juicy yet composed, where citrus and stone‑fruit meet a gentle creamy nuance. Mineral tension keeps the fruit bright and avoids any heavy sweetness. The finish is long, lightly saline and refreshing. Excellent with oysters, grilled fish, goat’s cheese or refined light dishes.
