Colle Massari Melacce,Montecucco Vermentino 2025 0,75l

Melacce Montecucco Vermentino from Colle Massari is a crisp, aromatic white grown on the slopes of Monte Amiata in southern Tuscany. Organically farmed vermentino vines are rooted in limestone- and schist-influenced soils overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve purity and lift. The bouquet offers green apple, white peach and sweet lime with floral tones, herbs and a hint of exotic fruit. On the palate Melacce is bright, dry and mineral, with lively acidity and a delicate, silky texture. Its refreshing, citrus-driven finish makes it a perfect choice as an aperitif and alongside seafood, grilled fish, antipasti and light summer dishes.

Stainless steel ageing with fine lees preserves freshness, clarity and a lively maritime tension.

Colle Massari

In the wilder side of Tuscany, in Toscana’s Maremma where the hills look toward the cooling mass of Monte Amiata, Colle Massari has been redefining Montecucco since 1998. Founded by the Tipa‑Bertarelli family in the very year the DOC was born, the estate was conceived as a landscape project—research, regeneration and biodiversity, with Sangiovese at its genetic core....

The grape variety: Vermentino

Vermentino, also known as Rolle in southern France, is a fresh Mediterranean white grape with citrus, pear, herbs, almond and a lightly salty finish.

It pairs beautifully with seafood, pesto, salads, grilled vegetables and poultry. A bright, stylish choice for lovers of coastal white wines. Vermentino
