Cono Sur Bicicleta Chardonnay Reserva is a fresh, unoaked chardonnay from Chile’s Central Valley. Grapes from cooler sites are often harvested at night to retain vibrant aromas and acidity. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel emphasise the variety’s pure, fruit-driven character. The bouquet offers citrus, pineapple and white peach with hints of melon, white flowers and mineral notes. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, juicy and focused, with crisp acidity and a gentle, creamy texture. A lively, citrus-laced finish makes it a perfect choice as an aperitif and with seafood, grilled fish, salads and light pasta dishes.
