Montes Muse 2019 0,75l

Montes Muse is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile’s Maipo Valley and one of the estate’s most prestigious wines. The fruit comes from high‑altitude foothills of the Andes, where cool nights allow slow ripening and superb flavour concentration. In the glass it shows a deep ruby hue. The bouquet is intense and refined, with layers of blackcurrant, blackberry and cassis liqueur, lifted by violet, graphite, cedar and subtle toast. On the palate the wine is full‑bodied yet remarkably graceful, with silky, ultra‑fine tannins and a long, focused line of acidity. The finish is persistent and complex, echoing dark fruit, tobacco, cocoa and savoury spice. A serious Cabernet to open alongside fine cuts of beef, lamb or game.
