The bouquet is refined, combining rose petals, cherry and red berries with hints of clove, dried herbs and tea leaves. On the palate Vigna del Gris is full-bodied yet poised, offering fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity. Its long, floral and mineral finish confirms its status as an elegant but powerful Barolo for braised dishes, game birds and mushroom-based cuisine.
