| Langhe Nebbiolo Ginestrino from Conterno Fantino comes from vineyards outside the core Barolo area and offers a finer, earlier-drinking take on nebbiolo. Vines on calcareous slopes near Monforte d'Alba are farmed organically and harvested by hand. Fermentation with native yeasts is followed by ageing in large oak casks, which adds structure while preserving freshness.
