On the palate the wine is powerful yet polished, offering ripe fruit framed by firm but finely woven tannins. Bright acidity drives a long, focused finish. Hints of liquorice, dried herbs and minerals add complexity. This is a characterful Barbaresco with impressive ageing potential. | |
