A proportion of the must is fermented and aged in French oak while the rest remains in stainless steel, balancing complexity and freshness. The bouquet layers grapefruit zest, pear and ripe apple with light tropical fruit, vanilla, nuts and subtle oak spice. On the palate the chardonnay is creamy yet taut, with juicy fruit, salty minerality and precise acidity.
