Porusot is known for stony clay-limestone character, balancing generosity with structure. Aromas recall yellow apple, stone fruit, citrus peel, hazelnut and pale flowers. On the palate, creamy substance meets saline length, vivid acidity and a quietly powerful finish. It is outstanding with shellfish, noble fish, roasted poultry or mild, creamy cheeses.
