The nose opens with lemon oil, ripe grapefruit and lime zest, joined by elderflower, wild herbs and a hint of green mango. On the palate it is tense yet silky, with vibrant acidity that drives the juicy citrus and stone fruit. Fine lees ageing adds depth, gentle creaminess and a subtle smoky nuance while preserving the crystalline clarity of the wine. A long, salty finish underlines the marked minerality and cool elegance.
