| M. Chapoutier La Bernardine Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is crafted mainly from clairette and grenache blanc, complemented by varieties such as grenache gris and roussanne. The grapes, grown on rolled pebbles, sand and safre over clay, are harvested by hand and fermented largely in large wooden vessels.
