Old vines of merlot with a touch of cabernet franc deliver naturally low yields and great concentration. The bouquet offers black cherry, plum and blackberry wrapped in truffle, graphite, cocoa and delicate herbal notes. On the palate the wine is dense, silky and powerful, with firm yet perfectly ripe tannins and a cool, mineral lift.
