| Cono Sur Bicicleta Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva comes from selected vineyards in Chile’s Central Valley and combines everyday drinkability with a strong sustainability focus. The estate farms according to eco-friendly principles and honours the workers’ bicycles on the label. Cabernet sauvignon is partly aged in stainless steel and partly in oak to balance fruit and structure. The nose shows plum, blackcurrant and blackberry with hints of cacao, tobacco and sweet spice. On the palate the wine is full, juicy and smooth, with supple tannins and well-judged acidity. A long, fruit-and-spice-led finish makes it a versatile companion for burgers, pasta dishes, barbecues and flavourful cheeses. | |
