The bouquet offers dark cherry, blackcurrant and small red berries wrapped in pepper, clove and a hint of refined toast. On the palate the wine is full‑bodied and concentrated yet finely detailed, with tightly woven tannins and lively, well‑integrated acidity. A long, spicy, complex finish makes La Favorite an excellent match for truffled poultry, veal, lamb or grilled meats. | |
