After three years of ageing in oak casks it shows a bright amber colour in the glass. The bouquet reveals candied orange peel, vanilla, raisins and hints of dried apricot. On the palate it is smooth, sweet and gently spicy, with notes of candied fruit, quince jelly and subtle oak.
