The bouquet is pure and vibrant, with aromas of green apple, lemon balm, citrus peel, ginger and spring flowers over a flinty backdrop. On the palate the wine is concentrated yet tightly woven, delivering juicy citrus, salty minerality and a firm, racy line of acidity. Layers of herbal spice and stone build with each sip. The finish is long, dry and refreshingly cool. A serious Riesling with excellent ageing potential, perfect for refined fish, shellfish or vegetable based dishes. | |
