Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon from gravelly, limestone-influenced soils in Graves form its backbone. The nose offers citrus, white flowers, ripe stone fruit and a touch of smoke and vanilla from barrel ageing. On the palate the wine is fresh, creamy and tightly woven, with fine, salty minerality. Vibrant acidity carries the fruit through a long, precise finish. An elegant Bordeaux blanc that pairs beautifully with shellfish, fine fish dishes or poultry in light sauces.
