The nose shows citrus, lime, white peach and hints of pineapple, with notes of hazelnut, honey and gentle smokiness. On the palate it is dry, silky and energetic, combining juicy acidity with a sense of weight and texture. A salty, lingering finish underlines its gastronomic style, making it ideal for fish, shellfish, poultry and refined bistro cuisine.
