| Plantation Barbados Grande Reserve is a golden Barbados rum distilled from molasses and matured using the house’s signature double ageing. The nose is generous and fruity, with banana, tropical fruit and white peach wrapped in honey, vanilla and a touch of coconut. On the palate it is smooth and medium‑bodied, offering flavours of candied pineapple, caramel, toffee and gentle oak spice. The sweetness is balanced by light peppery notes and a hint of toasted wood. A mellow, medium‑long finish with vanilla and ripe fruit makes Grande Reserve equally suited to sipping neat or mixing refined tiki and classic rum drinks. | |
