| Hedòs Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOP from Cantina Tollo is an expressive rosé made from Montepulciano grapes. In the glass it shows an intense cherry pink colour with purple glints. The nose offers juicy red fruits such as cherry and small berries, framed by floral and gently spicy notes. On the palate the wine is fruit driven, full and yet fresh, with harmonious acidity and a long, slightly spicy finish. The balance of richness, freshness and aromatic depth makes Hedòs a versatile match for fish stews, pizza, white meats or semi aged cheeses.
