Etsu Sakura is inspired by the Japanese Hanami tradition and the fleeting beauty of cherry blossom. The gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery on Honshū and refined with water from the Ōu Mountains. Sakura flowers meet yuzu, bitter orange peel and Japanese botanicals. Juniper, liquorice, angelica root and coriander give structure to the floral profile. The nose feels elegant, blossomy and citrus-fresh. On the palate it shows delicate sweetness, fine bitter orange and an airy, harmonious finish.
