Etsu Pacific Ocean Water comes from the Asahikawa Distillery on Hokkaido. This expression uses water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during production. After 22 hours of maceration, the gin is distilled with botanicals. Yuzu, bitter orange, juniper, liquorice, angelica root and coriander create a fresh maritime profile. The nose combines yuzu, bitter orange and sea breeze. On the palate it is smooth, saline-mineral, citrus-led and gently spiced.
