Don't Cry Sauvignon Blanc from Ewald Zweytick is sourced from selected sites in southern Styria and shows the variety in a particularly dense and multi-layered style. The bouquet reveals ripe pineapple, apricot and yellow bell pepper alongside notes of blood orange, herbs and a hint of smoke and tobacco. On the palate the wine is compact, dry and distinctly mineral, with a firm core of acidity, gentle creaminess and an almost salty length. The interplay of ripeness and freshness makes this a characterful Sauvignon to pair with oven-baked fish, intensely flavoured vegetable dishes or mature cheeses.

Barrique ageing complements the powerful Sauvignon fruit with oak spice and salty minerality.
