Sauvignon Blanc SB from Ewald Zweytick is a Südsteiermark DAC village wine that captures the region’s character in a clear, straightforward style. The bouquet is dominated by citrus, gooseberry and subtle herbal notes, rounded off by hints of elderflower and green pepper. On the palate the wine is dry, juicy and medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a cool mineral backbone. The fruit profile is precise and linear yet remains approachable and refreshing. A highly versatile white that works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside light fish dishes, salads, vegetable plates or simple cold cuts.

Stainless steel and oak casks combine clear freshness with spice and salty minerality.
