On the palate the wine is dry, juicy and medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a cool mineral backbone. The fruit profile is precise and linear yet remains approachable and refreshing. A highly versatile white that works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside light fish dishes, salads, vegetable plates or simple cold cuts.
