On the palate the wine is rich, creamy and highly concentrated, with lush sweetness perfectly balanced by vibrant, crystal-clear acidity. The interplay of fruit, spice and freshness is filigree rather than heavy. A very long, flavour-packed finish with notes of dried fruit and citrus zest lingers on.
