Batch 4 presents the Yellow concept as an oak-matured expression of Sorgin's Sauvignon gin. At its core is the distinctive Sorgin style, shaped by Sauvignon Blanc distillate, juniper berry distillate and carefully selected botanicals. For Yellow gin, François Lurton describes maturation in casks formerly used for Pessac-Léognan and Graves white wines. The result combines floral freshness, citrus lift and measured woody spice. Vanilla, toasted dried fruit, pepper and ginger sit beside juniper and vinous Sauvignon notes. Neat, over ice or in classic gin cocktails, it feels layered and composed. A distinctive French gin for slow, considered enjoyment.
