Faiveley Chambertin.Clos de Bèze Les Ouvrées Rodin – An Experience for True Connoisseurs
Chambertin Clos de Bèze Les Ouvrées Rodin from Domaine Faiveley is a rare selection from very old vines, producing a Pinot Noir of outstanding depth, elegance and concentration. The bouquet reveals layers of small red berries, dark cherry and rose petals, intertwined with fine spice, graphite and a hint of smoke. On the palate the wine is silky, precise and highly complex, with perfectly integrated tannins and a firm mineral backbone. The intensity of flavour builds towards an extremely long, aristocratic finish. A great, collectible Grand Cru for connoisseurs, superb with refined game dishes, pigeon or high‑quality beef.
