Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu is a limited-edition twist on classic triple sec, made by macerating late-harvest yuzu fruit in Cognac and brandy before careful distillation. The nose is strikingly aromatic, with yuzu, mandarin and citrus blossom supported by vanilla, marzipan, rose and herbal hints. On the palate the liqueur is rich and mouth-coating, showing beeswax, tropical fruit, plum, almond, caramel and a touch of nutmeg. The texture is creamy and dense yet remains lively and focused. A long finish shines with herbs, citrus, vanilla and pastry notes. Ideal for creative sours, highballs or simply enjoyed neat as an aromatic digestif.
