| Pannobile by Gernot Heinrich is a biodynamically produced blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch from vineyards around Gols and the Leithagebirge. The bouquet shows dark cherry, blackcurrant, dried herbs and floral notes wrapped in fine spice. On the palate the wine is juicy, medium-bodied and precise, with elegant tannins and lively, well-integrated acidity. Ageing in used wooden barrels adds complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit. A genuine expression of origin that pairs wonderfully with roasts, braised vegetables or hearty pasta dishes. | |
