The Glenfarclas Family Cask 2008 S24 comes from cask no. 2112 and belongs to the Summer 2024 release. It matured in a plain butt, specified by further sources as a fourth-fill plain butt. This cask type brings a more restrained wood influence and leaves plenty of room for the Glenfarclas spirit. Vanilla, toffee, light spice, cinnamon, almond notes and orange peel shape the elegant impression. The bottling shows the younger side of the Family Casks series, with creamy sweetness, dry structure and high cask strength.
