Glenfarclas 50 Year Old is a highly limited release drawn from long‑matured Spanish sherry casks. The nose is rich and elegant, with marzipan, almonds, cedar wood, dried fruits and a faint whiff of smoke. On the palate it is full-bodied and multi-layered, showing stewed apple, dark chocolate, toffee and spicy oak. The natural strength of 50% ABV provides power, yet silky texture and gentle sweetness keep everything in balance. A very long, warming finish lingers with nuts, sherry richness and soft smoke. A collector’s dram that rewards slow, attentive sipping.
