Created for the 190th anniversary of Glenfarclas Distillery, this special release brings together whisky drawn from five decades. Callum Fraser and Douglas Belford selected 78 casks for the final marriage. Its full-bodied Highland style unfolds with a smooth, rich texture, green apple, sherry sweetness and spiced fruit cake. Dark chocolate and fresh tobacco linger through the long finish. Bottled at 51.4% ABV, it echoes the historic 90 British proof once used by the distillery. It is non-chill filtered and contains no added colouring. A distinctive Scotch for contemplative evenings and drinkers who value traditional, sherry-led single malt character.
