Fruit from sunny yet cool sites in Kent and West Sussex spends at least two years ageing on lees before release. Delicate salmon‑pink in colour, it shows a refined, persistent mousse. The bouquet offers bright strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants alongside red apple, white peach and gentle floral notes. On the palate the wine is fresh and vibrant yet creamy in texture, with juicy red‑berry fruit, hints of nectarine and mandarin and a touch of brioche.
