Hiedler Riesling DAC Langenloiser 2025 0,75l
Hiedler Riesling DAC Langenloiser is sourced from stony primary rock soils around Langenlois and marries ripe fruit with the cool minerality of Kamptal. The bouquet offers yellow peach, ripe citrus, hints of mango and floral nuances. On the palate the wine is juicy and elegant, carried by vibrant acidity and precise stone fruit. A subtle salty edge runs through the mid palate and adds grip. The structure is taut yet approachable, finishing with lingering notes of tropical fruit, citrus peel and mineral spice. It pairs effortlessly with fish, aromatic cuisine, white meats or refined vegetable dishes and clearly reflects its Langenlois origin.
Six months in stainless steel preserve clarity and give the wine a precise, harmonious maturity.
