Madeira Fine Dry from Justino s presents the brisk, dry face of this island wine in a youthful expression. In the glass it shows a bright golden amber hue. The bouquet offers dried fruit, green apple, citrus peel and a gentle almond note. On the palate the wine is lean, lively and precise, with a firmly dry impression and marked acidity. Subtle oxidative tones add complexity without heaviness. The finish is fresh, slightly salty and nut toned. A versatile dry Madeira for aperitifs, nuts, olives, tapas and light starters. It is an excellent, gently complex introduction to the drier side of Madeira.
