Knoll Grüner Veltliner Kreutles Smaragd 2025 0,75l

Gruner Veltliner Ried Kreutles Smaragd from Weingut Knoll comes from old vines rooted in deep loess at the foot of the Loibenberg. The bouquet is rich in ripe yellow fruit with apple, mango, apricot, fine herbal notes and a hint of orange zest. On the palate this Smaragd is full bodied, concentrated and yet remarkably poised, with juicy fruit and a silky mouthfeel. Delicate acidity keeps the wine lifted while stony minerality adds cool tension. A touch of fruit sweetness and gentle spice shape the long, persistent finish. An impressive Wachau white for noble fish dishes, roast poultry, veal and subtly spiced vegetable cuisine.
