The grapes are hand-picked and the wine matures for several months on the lees in large wooden casks. On the nose it reveals lime zest, yellow fruit, quince and subtle herbal spice, with delicate nutty notes. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, yet remains taut and precise due to lively acidity.
