The wine is fermented and aged in oak and rests for several months on the lees, gaining depth and a creamy texture. On the nose, ripe yellow fruit, citrus zest and fine smokiness meet hints of spice and herbs. The palate is dense, silky and focused, carried by lively acidity and a distinct chalky saltiness.
