The nose suggests dark raisins, caramel, dried figs, candied orange and a nutty hint reminiscent of traditional Malaga wines. On the palate it is rounded, full-bodied and harmonious, with dense sweetness and gentle alcoholic warmth. Its spicy length makes it versatile for cooking, bar use and dessert pairing. It works especially well with chocolate, nuts, ice cream, pastries, rich sauces and aromatic sweet dishes.

Six months of maturation give the sweet fortified wine balance and harmony while rounding out its intense, aromatic character.
