KOPOS Vermouth Extra-Dry NEU belongs to the KOPOS cooking range and combines Mediterranean herb character with a clean, dry profile. Its fragrant bouquet recalls verbena, rosemary, meadowsweet and delicate chamomile, lifted by zesty citrus reminiscent of bergamot. On the palate the vermouth is very mild, finely spicy and finishes distinctly dry without heaviness. It adds complexity to martinis and classic cocktails and is excellent for deglazing fish, seafood, risotto or vegetable dishes. In creative cuisine it replaces white wine wherever extra herbal freshness is desired. Even a small dash in a simple pan sauce can add surprising depth and finesse.
