Kyrö New Make Rye Spirit is the clear new make on which Kyrö’s Finnish malt rye whisky is built. Distilled from 100 % Finnish malted rye, it showcases the pure grain character before any cask influence. On the nose it appears sweet and spicy with notes of fresh bread, cereal, anise and gentle herbs. The palate is dry, complex and surprisingly soft, carried by peppery rye and a touch of natural sweetness.
